We offer a range of services to ensure your child passes the 11+ entrance exam, including one-to-one tuition, group tuition and much more.

The dates of the actual testing for Ripon Grammar are usually the second weekend in September. The date for 2023 is Saturday 9th September and results will be out on Wednesday 11th October.

11+ Papers

We offer a wide range of free and paid downloadable papers to help aid revision and learning leading up to the 11+ exams.

11+ Super Mock Morning

The objective of this event is to allow children to have a feel of what it’s like to sit an exam in a large hall, ahead of the real 11+ exam.

11+ Mocks

Using mocks, children get a chance to make all the classic mistakes (there are many!) in a risk-free environment.

11+ Entrance Tutors

Many local private schools have entrance tests for entrance to yr 7. Our tutors are experienced in helping students prepare for these exams.

11+ Group Lessons

All of our 11+ group tuition is now online. We have separate groups for Verbal Reasoning and for Non Verbal Reasoning.

Abi was first tutored by Sara towards the end of primary school when the 11+ was looming large so it was without hesitation that we turned to her again when Abi's confidence in Mathematics needed a boost. Sara tutored Abi on a 1:1 basis and kept the sessions fairly fluid depending on areas of need each fortnight. Abi's confidence grows palbably during periods of tuition with Sara and this is a testament to the way in which Chatterton tuition cares about helping the pupils in their charge.
